Interconnected helped create a series of short films about the youth led Global Climate Strike, including this one that screened at the UN for the General Assembly directly before Greta Thunberg gave her “How Dare You” speech. The goal was to make a film that would help bring the voices of youth around the world into the UN. The film was made in 3 days, with 16 crews filming simultaneously at Climate Strikes around the world. Written and Directed by Nirvan (Interconnected's Creative Director), Produced by Special Order, co-produced by Interconnected, Upworthy + GOOD, with special thanks to 350.org for additional footage.
Nirvan helped produce and direct this short film for GOOD | Upworthy, which was filmed and edited over 3 days, with crews in 17 cities, and was screened on November 23rd, 2019 in the United Nations to the General Assembly and world leaders, moments before Greta Thunberg delivered her "How Dare You" speech.
